Panda products are warranted for 3-months against all defects in parts
and materials. If defective under the terms
of this warranty, the defective product or component will be
replaced.
Note: A coil leash that has been stretched beyond its normal recoiling length and no longer functions as intended is not covered under this warranty. Replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. Loss or damage to mobile phones, cameras, or other PDA devices attached to the Panda leash system is not covered in this warranty.
Panda accepts no responsibility for the consequences, whether direct, indirect or accidental, or for any other type of damage arising or resulting from the use of this product.
